SincronFlow IT spans 28+ domains — doesn't that mean you're shallow in all of them?

No. The span is structural, not shallow. We are systems integrators, not generalists. Each domain we've touched exists because a real project crossed that boundary — not because we sampled it. Depth happens at the intersections: the person who understands both the Teltonika firmware and the ERP integration is rarer than someone deep in only one.

How do engagements typically work?

Most engagements start through the contact form with enough context to establish fit. From there, we work either project-based around a defined boundary or on an advisory and implementation retainer. We don't do staff augmentation — we bring a complete solution perspective.

Do you work remotely?

Primarily remote, yes. Our clients are in Romania, Norway, and across the EU. On-site is available for projects where physical presence meaningfully changes the outcome — hardware integrations, network commissioning, or team workshops.

What happens after handoff?

Every engagement ends with documentation and a knowledge-transfer session so your team can own what was built. We're available for follow-on support — either a defined support retainer or ad-hoc hours — as your systems evolve.

How do I know if my problem is a good fit?

Good fit: a technical problem that crosses system boundaries, requires integration across teams or vendors, or sits at the intersection of domain knowledge and implementation. Not a fit: commodity development work with a well-defined spec and no integration complexity. The contact form exists to make this determination quickly — no obligation.

How quickly can you start?

What data we process

Contact form data: name, email address, message, and submission metadata needed to answer your request.
Email CTA events: if marketing consent is granted, Google Ads may receive conversion events when you use the email call to action.
Analytics data: if analytics consent is granted, Plausible and optional Cloudflare Insights process aggregate visit and performance data.
Consent record: your analytics/marketing consent choice is stored in sf_cookie_consent for 12 months.

Legal basis

Contact requests: GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Consent storage: necessary to demonstrate and respect your privacy choice.
Analytics and marketing: GDPR Article 6(1)(a), your explicit consent. Non-essential scripts are blocked until consent is given.

Retention

Consent records: 12 months.
Contact enquiries: kept only as long as needed to answer the request and manage the business relationship, unless legal obligations require longer retention.

Analytics data: according to Plausible and Cloudflare retention settings and legal terms.
